Great!
My vet recommended trupanion when I adopted my dog at age 2. I never thought he would have so many health issues. Trupanion has saved us so many times. Customer service is wonderful and really care. I can't thank them enough

The customer service staff is great.
The customer service staff is great. It has taken a little longer then I would like to get the claims processes and I feel as though I have to follow up more then I like. That is beyond the control of customer service reps who have been very helpful and kind.
