The WORST !!! They find ever reason to exclude paying claims.
Should have read more of the negative reviews prior to purchasing the policy, slow claims processing, horrible customer service. Don't rely on their hyped up website, please read the negative reviews before purchasing the policy. Never again !! Pets Best, what a joke !!!

Quick and easy to contact and file claim information. Processed our claim in 2 days. Representatives on phone are friendly ,helpful and are really concerned with our dogs issues. Both times that I have called with questions went over and above to answer and suggestion additional solutions.
I only wished our personal health and dental policies worked as well.

Lots of coverage options, super affordable
I loved the variable coverage. I was also able to chose to cover ruitine and preventative care and it still didn't break the bank. Prompt and easy to understand.
