Such peace of mind
This insurance has made us very comfortable knowing that our dogs can and will receive the best treatment without us having to be concerned about costs, etc.

Great customer service
My dog Guinness ended up needing major ACL surgery. Filing a claim is so easy with healthy paws and the customer service is amazing. They even emailed me to ask how he was doing after his surgery!

I am so grateful for Hartville Pet Insurance and its dedication to making my pet and I feel like valued customers.
I am very satisfied with Hartville Pet Insurance. Having them has been a life savor for us as our dog suffered a torn ACL and a torn meniscus in the past year. We're also happy with the way the company treats its customers. Employees follow up with us to check on Byron and make sure we have what we need. I definitely recommend Hartville to others, it will save you money when accidents happen!

I really liked nationwide then they almost doubled the premium.
