Great program, watch rate increases
I have had Figo for a year and been very happy with the service. From the virtual vet (which we have used numerous times for my dog that likes to eat anything) to the easy claim service and payment, we have been really happy. They did try to do an increase when we moved to a lower cost state (NY to IN), but we got them to move to lower options after a short call with their team. Overall, we have been really happy with the service and customer interactions.

Best customer service
I enjoy the time and process it took pets best. They kept update with informative information about the claim. It was easy to understand the decision that was reached.

All good, was not clear about health records at first time, but when followed up, they explained and was able to get the right records then.

Great coverage for a great cost.
Excellent coverage. Quick turn around on claims has come back ! It was super slow for a bit. Now it’s not.

Great Company
I uploaded the bill from my Vet and heard right away that they were working on it .I received E-Mail the next day that the funds would be deposited in my checking account and it was there the next day. I feel everything went smoothly and I'm very happy.

Nationwide allows me to take the best care of my pets without the added stress of worrying about the cost of needed care
Nationwide pet insurance has given us wonderful peace of mind knowing that if our pets need medical care, the bulk of the expense will be covered. Filing a claim is very simple and reimbursement is generally very quick. Our experience with Nationwide has been excellent.

Excellent customer service
I have turned in 5 claims so far for 4 dogs, and I have had quick responses and reimbursements. I’m very glad we decided to get pet insurance and go with nationwide

Peace of Mind
I never hesitate to bring my Frenchie to the vet because I know it’s covered. Unfortunately with my older Shepherd I have to pick & choose what vet visits are necessary because she was too expensive to cover. I think nationwide needs to give multiple dog families a larger discount. Offering a credit to members who file minimum claims would also be nice.
