In all honesty, I dreaded making the call. I had a preconceived thought that I would be sold something I did not understand or want! Again, this was my own preconceived thought!!! Speaking with the rep was like a breath of fresh air which I truly appreciated.

The cs representative who signed me up entered some if my information incorrectly how is that possible? I needed to call back to correct that. So far that is my not very good experience I would like to give a higher score next time.
