After 15 years with VPI pet insurance, I had enough with wondering if we would be covered. It seemed on some items we interpreted their payment schedule differently than VPI.Since moving to Embrace we have been pleased with their communication. We're emailed when they've received our claim and update when it's processed. At any time we can check status online. Our puppy has had a coup!e issues that have processed with ease. We're very pleased!

Our vet advised us to fill out a 30 free trial with Truepanion when we took our 12 week old Boston Terrier for her first physical. We never expected we would have a need for this insurance but as accident prone as puppies can be, little Cricket jumped off our couch and broke her back leg. Cricket was taken to the emergency vet hospital and required surgery as well as a 5 day stay. This was at a cost of over 4000.00. Trupanion was unbelievably supportive in helping me to file a claim and showed real concern for us and our new puppy. Trupanion covered 90% if this cost after our $250.00 deductible and completed our claim within a week after it was filed. This was the first time a that something to good to be true was really true. Thank you Trupanion for being so supportive and caring during this time. We have since signed up for full membership and will continue this health ins for the duration of little Crickets life. ~ Regina

My cat Sam was treated for hematoma of the ear. He seems fine now. Embrace covered everything. They were both fast and friendly in settling the claim. Once before, I needed Embrace's help on a claim. It was in the $2,000 range and they took care of it. And at that time, they were also fast and friendly. By far, I think Embrace is the best! And they are so nice! D. Price Hyde Park, Ma.

That was for years ago and flash forward now to my ten year old dog and she need surgery for a torn ACL Again the service representative was completely informative and kind. Extremely reassuring that everything will be okay and described that they would cover 90% of what was done. Including the meds, X-rays and blood work that was done when we brought her in initially to the vet. Even though we had to front the money because our vet doesn't take reimbursement from ins. companies, their turnaround time was awesome! Thank you Trupanion for everything!

We are grateful to Embrace for support provided in a health crisis that developed suddenly for our Bernese Aya. She started to have issues at the begining of October and by mid-October she was seriously ill. We have taken her to the vet who ordered a number of tests to diagnose a problem. She soon needed to stay at the vet hospital to give a fighting chance to get better. We were able to do that knowing that we have Embrace insurance. Aya didnot make it -- she died of cancer two weeks after she was diagnosed. Even though it has been an incredible loss for us, we know that we have done all that was reasonable to do to try to save her life. And Embrace was big part of this battle. We were not sure how much of expense will be covered. Embrace handled the bills promtly, courtiously and covered about 65% of the costs. It made a big difference. Thank you.

This is my second dog I have had Embrace as their carrier.They are quick to respond to my claims, under a week to respond with Mason's coverage. They truly do pay the full 80% of the invoice. They are very compassionate also when we lost our Boxer TedyB last year. They sent us a very personalized card with all the signatures as wells as Lighting a candle in his memory. Thank you Embrace

I hear other people talking about their rates going up crazy with other companies after they put in a claim. I had 4 claims my first year and my rate for my second year went up a little over $4 a month. Nothing crazy here.
