A statement from the veterinarian was misunderstood and when it was brought to their attention, an explanation from the veterinarian was requested, it was reviewed and an appropriate adjustment was made. It was all handled professionally and resolved. Very pleased with how it was handled.

Problem solved
company called when not able to withdraw payment from CC account. Problem was due to CC changed to Chip card and new number was issues. Forgot to notify Pet Partners of change. They were very understanding and problem was solved immediately and transaction completed.

Amazing Pet Insurance
Trupanion is truly amazing… my dog escaped from our fenced-in yard and was hit by a car over a holiday weekend. She had a broken foot that required multiple trips to 2 emergency vets and surgery. Without Trupanion, I would never have been able to even consider being able to have this operation done. They pre-approved the claim and had my insurance checks to me in a matter of days after I filed the claim. I was truly astonished at how quickly and easily this was handled! This is still an ongoing recovery and claim process. This is the 2nd time since I adopted my dog that I have needed them and they have come through for me both times!

Amazing Pet Insurance

Simplicity and satisfaction.
I love how easy and fast it is to file a claim online. I used to have my vet office do it until I realized how faster it is to do it myself. The vet office would take at least a week to do it and then I had to wait for the mail to get to ASPCA, and it would be 2 weeks before I could view the claim online. I now file it online myself and within seconds it is available to track! I love how simple it is to read the explanation of benefits. The website is easy to navigate and pretty straight forward. There was only one time I had to call customer service over something that was my fault regarding my plan. I forgot to add the wellness plan to my new puppy's plan. They were able to fix that for me even though you are only allowed to change your plan once a year. I had been a loyal customer to them for over a year before I insured my second dog through them. ASPCA vales their customers. I only filed one claim in my first year insured by them. I was satisfied with my refund and the simplicity of it all. Days after receiving my new puppy I was at the vet for her first visit. And second. A month later she was hospitalized twice. I filed many claims within the first few months of her life. I am highly satisfied with the service I have received. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the amount of money I am refunded. How great would it be to receive 100% back? Also, it would be nice to be able to not have to pay up front and wait for the money refund. I understand that is not how animal insurance works.

Peace of mind is priceless.
My sweet little Scotty had a good life, with very little illness until his senior years. Then it was multiple problems common to older dogs; colitis, vestibular disease, liver enlargement and failure. The bills for diagnostic testing and constant veterinary care were substantial. As an elderly widow my resources are limited.Thankfully, he had ASPCA Pet Insurance, with Continuing Care added when he was 10. I could care for my old friend without financial worry, and that is a blessing beyond words.
When he died at age 14 I knew that everything possible had been done for him. ASPCA grief counselors called me and were so kind and understanding.
I have recommended ASPCA Pet Health Insurance many many times and will continue to do so.

Excellent service when you need it
It was great to find Embrace was there when we needed them 6 years after our initial sign-up. Our bulldog has spoiled us with healthy check-ups and no issues, until he needed emergency surgery for swallowing our daughters pacifiers. I received an immediate follow up once I submitted the claim, there were no additional questions - they went straight to reimbursing and explaining our benefits. We recieved excellent customer service and would highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner shopping the market!

Professional service, great reimbursement
I purchased EMBRACE pet insurance for both my kitties and love it! Everyone is very professional and are quick to reply with any potential issues. The claims are easy to fill out and submit and the reimbursement checks arrive quickly! I would highly recommend EMBRACE to other pet owners :-)

Amazing Company, Great Customer Svc
Our experience has been nothing but amazing. We signed up for insurance as a just in case and it turned out being a life saver for me financially and in all honesty my Boxer Riley. She's developed some stomach issues that have had us in the vet's office endlessly. Having a policy for under a year we were nervous about reimbursement, but Healthy Paws has been great and has paid every single dime they say they will cover, no questions asked. One of the customer service reps even reached out just to check on how she's doing! I've had nothing but the best experience with them in all aspects. If you're on the fence about whether or not to have pet insurance, we highly recommend it, cause you never know and with our circumstance, our boxer is under 2 years old and her vet bills are in the ten thousand dollar range for issues beyond everyday care. Young or old, I would recommend pet insurance, and I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws.

Prompt service & payments!
My beagle is 7 years old and I have been with Embrace since we got her. Every year I pay the premium hoping that if and when she gets sick we will not have any issues with claims and payments. Until now Embrace has only had to pay a few minor claims which they did without any issue. This year we are in the middle of an illness with our dog and Embrace has not disappointed in any way. The respond quickly to claim submissions with an email and they pay very quickly as well. Embrace has not disappointed and I am very happy with their service and their staff is very professional as well. Great product!!!
