Rep was great!
Rep was great. I waited on hold with other places that day and thought here we go again. Instead great upbeat music was played and lyrics about being on hold, genius ! I was smiling when rep got back on line. Kudos to whoever thought of that!

Super easy to enroll
Easy to sign up online. Then I called to ask further questions. I was not on hold long and the lady that answered was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Couldn’t have been smoother!
Couldn’t be happier with the claims experience. The animal hospital was able to bill Trupanion directly and the claim was settled in minutes. It was such a stressful week with a sick and miserable cat, but I was so glad that dealing with the claims process was not a source of that stress. I’m so glad to have Trupanion!
