From the time I first enrolled my cat in a ASPCA insurance policy, I have had excellent customer service representatives help me with any and all questions. I am impressed with their professional and friendly manners, and appreciate that they refer to my kitty by name. I recently submitted a claim electronically, and found the process to be very user-friendly. I also heard back about my claim in a timely manner, and their remittance aligns with what I expected from my policy.

I appreciate the quick claim return. I submitted a claim and was reimbursed with in the week.

Thank you for taking care of Mario, our 9 year old Beagle. You've taken care of coverage of many routine and health issues these past 9 years. He just had surgery on his torn cruciate, and is recovering well so far. Easy talking to customer service in advance, and easy to file the claim.

This is our second year of having insurance and we were not really sure if it was a smart decision. It was THE BEST decision! The peace of mind that we have now for both our dogs is undeniable. Our oldest is a big klutz and what started as a bump on his leg turned out to be infection that lead to a few weeks of antibiotics and scrubbing his paw and follow ups, etc. Submitting the claims are easily done online and within days the money is deposited into my account that I set up electronically. Again, very easy! Customer Service has been great when I had a question regarding amounts.

The peace of mind that comes with a nationwide policy for my dog is unprecedented. The ease of filing a claim, the ability to speak with a live human being located within the United States and so many other factors make the choice of nationwide so easy. I would not own a dog unless he was covered by a nationwide policy.

I have been so pleased with the ease of submitting claims via the app. This results in quick processing and payment of claims. Plus having that added comfort of coverage makes it less stressful when necessary testing is needed.

Very good customer service, helpful & caring people. I am truly sorry that I had to cancel my insurance for Harley, but I am no longer, at this time, able to afford to pay for it. I can't say enough about this pet insurance. I have four cats and all of them are insured. For this particular claim, my youngest cat had an issue with his leg. We brought him to the emergency vet who had X-rays done and they recommended a surgical consult. We ended up going to another emergency vet the next day and our kitty had to have a femur head and neck excision which is basically removing the ball of his femur. Knowing we had pet insurance, we went ahead with the surgery. It wasn't cheap. Based on our coverage, Nationwide covered the entire thing 90% (including the first vet visit, less the affordable deductible). We were reimbursed in a weeks time and there was no hassle or fight. I have had to make other claims with this insurance (dental, cancer, etc) and it's been the same every time. We love this insurance and plan to continue using it for years to come.

I am so thankful to have pet insurance! To call the vet line and have a friendly, compassionate person is awesome! No question is dumb. I submit my claims and get a response immediately! Very easy to do. I have recommended Nationwide to others.
