You did reimburse for it, and somebody at you office advised me recently that last September (2019) I approved a change in her coverage. I WAS NOT AWARE OF IT. I will keep the insurance, especially for costly injury repairs., etc. Thanks for asking: The broken toe is fully recovered. I have had pet insurance since before it was cool. 15 plus years I believe. Nationwide used to be called VPI. I appreciate having the ability to tell the vet to "go ahead and do that test, she has insurance so I don't worry about cost". It's good to know I can treat my pets with the best available medicine. We have had root canals, eye problems, surgeries, one time incidents or accidents all paid no problem with our nationwide plan. I tell everyone who wants to listen that their dogs should have health insurance. We had a significant rate hike on our older dogs policy this year and almost canceled it, but I'm glad we did not because it has almost paid for itself with her eye problems this year. I love the Vitus Vet app and ease of submitting claims on the go. Reta collab there!

Over the past year, Nationwide as significantly improved it's claim submission and processing process. I used to dread filing claims for Hawk, our now seven year old golden retriever National Amateur Field Champion and family member. I was really surprised to find that submission process had been significantly upgraded, and that the turn around time for processing and paying claims shortened. Given that Hawk required ongoing monitoring and treatment for Ehrlichia, the expedited processing and payment process is greatly appreciated.

Great company to work with and use to provide get coverage for my girl Sophie. I wish I didn't have to use the insurance but with the issues my st. Benard developed/has this insurance sure helps out. And made the decisions on Sophies health care so much easier.

I am very happy with Nationwide. They helped us when one of our pups got diagnosed with hip dysplasia with no problems.
