Trupanion lived up to their claims.
Trupanion has been very efficient and clear in handling my claims. After the initial claim the subsequent claims were processed and my account credited within a few days. They answer their phones, and everyone I spoke with was always clear and competent. I would highly recommend them.

Trupanion is simply the best! They are extremely helpful, and you can tell they truly care about your pet. I am beyond grateful for the service and assistance they provided when my pet needed surgery.

In all honesty, I dreaded making the call. I had a preconceived thought that I would be sold something I did not understand or want! Again, this was my own preconceived thought!!! Speaking with the rep was like a breath of fresh air which I truly appreciated.
