AWESOME!!
Customer Service is professional and knowledgeable. My 12 year old Chihuahua has not had any medical issues until recently. Embrace customer service was very helpful in answering my questions on completing the claim forms which was painless. My dog spent 3 days on IV fluids, several appointments before and after and a large portion of the costs were covered. I also submitted several months worth of invoices and the reimbursements came quickly. I would highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance over any others.

Never a hassle
We've had quite a few claims on our dog, as he's a hunting dog and tends to be quite active in the woods. Every claim I submit is processed without question, and without hassle. The customer service agents even call regularly to check and see how our dog is doing! This is an outstanding company.

Consistent and Efficient Life Savers
My dog has had two serious surgeries in the course of his life. Both times he was covered by Healthy Paws and both times we were able to put Basha first as opposed to worrying about the costs of these particularly costly surgeries. The instructions for reimbursement are clear and easy to follow, and I consistently feel like I'm working with a group of people (not a corporation) who genuinely care about providing the service for my pet.

Reimbursements
I let several months go by before submitting over a dozen invoices from my Vet Hospital. Within two weeks, Embrace reimbursed what was allowable under my policy - the deposits made directly to my checking account. I was and am, very impressed with the efficiency and thoughtfulness that Embrace and its staff bring to the table. I am so thankful that I bought this policy when I got my dog in August 2015. I plan to continue with it, without a doubt!

Healthy Paws is outstanding!
Last Fall we got a Mini-Schnauzer puppy. Shortly after we signed up with Healthy Paws. Last month our boy became seriously ill. He required extensive hospitalization and major surgery. In addition to the mental trauma this caused us - there was also financial concern as the treatment was extremely expensive. No need to worry- Healthy Paws delivered exactly as promised! And they did it quickly. I urge other pet owners to sign up with them. They are by far the best insurance company I've ever dealt with.

Claims process
Have had my dog covered for just over a year. Recently had to be hospitalized for unknown illness attacking his liver and kidneys. Bills about $6,000. I filed several online claims and every one was processed within a week. Reimbursement of costs was "as advertised", no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Healthy Paws, it provides peace of mind during a difficult time.

Easy!!
Our dog developed a limp after heavy ball chasing one day and I wanted it checked out to make sure it wasn't serious. The evaluation thankfully concluded a strain. I submitted online a scanned copy of my vet bill and had a check from Embrace a few days later. Thanks Embrace!

So Glad I Insured My 3 Shelter Cats
One of my cats has a condition that was hard to diagnose (saw four different vets). I estimate in six months I have spent five to six thousand dollars. Fortunately the diagnostic testing, meds, surgeries, etc. were all covered at 90%. People laughed at me for insuring my shelter cats, but I have had to make no decisions based on cost. One thing to be aware of, though, is that the veterinary base fee (usually in my case fifty or sixty dollars) is not covered. I'm sure that was in the material provided somewhere, but I did miss it.
What is amazing in this day and age is the prompt, courteous and efficient customer service provided by the phone reps. Also, my claim was usually deposited into my bank account within days.
