If we didn't have this insurance my dog would probably not be around now. The cost of medical treatments for dogs is incredibly expensive. My buddy has had some problems which have been taken care of due to having this insurance. The best.

You hope you won't need it, but when we did, Embrace came through. Our otherwise very healthy middle-aged dog was recently diagnosed with a rare nasal cancer. His symptoms came on suddenly and dramatically. Embrace came through with very quick pre-certifications (24-48 hours) and covered his palliative radiation treatment with quick reimbursements (about 1 week each). Trupanion definitely hold true to their word they paid 90% of our bills thankfully because up to now we have had at leave $3000 in medical expenses for our puppy. I would absolutely urge anyone to get insurance for their puppy you never know what could happen! I couldn't imagine not having this safety net to keep our minds at ease!

When our almost 9 year old greyhound Thor was diagnosed with osteosarcoma Healthy Paws was there for us! We decided to choose Healthy Paws after an extensive online search. At the time our French Bulldog was healthy and we were not sure it was worth it to spend the monthly money. She is currently 4 years old and had a benign cyst removed from her face. The insurance policy covered the policy at 90% minus the deductible. The claim process was very easy and fast to use. Only 6 weeks later our dog had an accident in the park that resulted in her breaking her leg. It was a very scary and stressful time but I honestly felt some relief on our way to the hospital knowing that we didn’t have to worry about how to pay for such an expensive injury. As soon as we had the hospital bill in hand I submitted the claim and it was processed in just a few days. This year alone she would have cost us over $7000 but we only had to pay 10% of that! I used Embrace for a claim on my dog for the first time last month. I've had the insurance the past few years, but this has been her first health scare. The process was easy and seamless and fast. I with my own health insurance was this simple.

After waiting a very long time and several phone calls, we were told no payment would be provided for this claim. Because they call it a "new" problem, the deductible applied and then they simply don't cover the remainder... For one reason or another. We are new and very unhappy so far. Why bother if they have an excuse for everything? Not sure we will continue.
