Decently fast response time and reasonable payout. Haven't had any major health problems with our cat yet, so can't comment on how it goes for that. Would recommend.

About two months after adopting a rescue dog I noticed a small mass one day while giving her a bath. The scheduled surgery to remove the mass led to blood tests that revealed a further irregularity and further tests, ultimately showing she had a mass on her spleen and an enlarged liver. She had to have a splenectomy, have the first mass removed, have the masses and her liver biopsied. We were relieved to learn that everything was benign and manageable, but with the location of the two masses, they had to come out asap. Even more impressive, not only do the representatives ask how my dogs are when I call, but I also received an email from a Healthy Paws manager asking how my dog was doing. I truly feel blessed to have found Healthy Paws and recommend them without hesitation to anyone with a pet--even if you have other insurance, I'd be hard pressed to believe it can beat what Healthy Paws offers.

We have two Golden Retrievers who have entered their senior years. We've had ASPCA Pet Insurance for a few years and have always found the customer service to be excellent. The premiums are reasonable, the coverage is good, and claims are easy to file and are processed quickly with quick reimbursement. It's stressful enough when your pets are not well, so it's quite a relief to have the insurance claims experience be easy and stress-free.

Normally when I think of insurance I just see it as another bill to pay but when I picked my puppy up for the first time and brought him home, just the look in his eyes screamed trouble. To my shock, the representative I spoke with was so kind and helpful. They explained my coverage and even informed me of things that were applicable to a claim that weren't immediately apparent in the documents. I cannot recommend HealthyPaws enough. You never want to be in a position where your finances dictate your pup's well-being and HealthyPaws made that a non-issue in my case.

We have been thrilled with both the customer service provided by Pets Best and the coverage. We have had coverage from Pets Best since our black lab Rosie was a puppy. My husband originally thought I was crazy and questioned the need for pet insurance but we have had two major claims in the past two years. One was for mast cell tumor removal and the other was for a fully torn ACL and torn meniscus. So far our claims have totaled about $4000. Whenever I call for information I am always directed to a compassionate human being who listens to my request and tells me exactly what to do and what is covered. The representatives are excellent. The claims process is so easy (all online) and professional and the funds are deposited directly into my bank account. Rosie is almost 8 years old and my husband will tell you now that this was one of the best decisions HE ever made! We recommend Pets Best very highly!
