Embrace has been wonderful, compassionate and quick response.
Embrace quickly responded to my claims, was wonderful. Also very compassionate during a very difficult time for me. Staff was helpful in getting claims done as quickly as possible.

So glad I have this! Don't delay!
I would recommending buying as soon as you can afford to! It has been a piece of mind and lifted financial burdens when I needed to take my dog to get treatment. You never know when an injury or sickness can happen and it is terrible to have to decide because of finances that treatment would be withheld. I am so grateful that this in available and it reasonable easy to process claims and well worth the premiums.

Best pet insurance for a very special cat.
This was the first time I had pet insurance. ASPCA was great. I particularly enjoyed the touch based
calls wanting to know how Anna was doing. Payment was quick. Agents were extremely helpful.
Would recommend ASCPA to my friends in an instant.

Wonderful
Embrace has been wonderful during the most horrible time. My dog was suddenly diagnosed with liver cancer, bleeding into her abdomen. She died the next day. There was no warning. She was playing that morning and eating well. Collapsed due to hemengiosarcoma. Rushed to the vet and diagnosed with this horrible disease. She died the next day. It's been horrendous for me, but Embrace has been wonderful My claims were all processed and I received payment within a week. The staff was wonderful and I received a beautiful, handwritten card from everyone in the office.

Very happy with Embrace
After spending many tens of thousands on care for my first dog (uninsurable by the companies around at the time due to a pricey pre-existing condition), I asked my vet about it when I got a new puppy last fall. She recommended Embrace as the best. After 8 months of way more claims than I ever expected to submit, I have to agree with her.
I have insurance and wellness plans for him. I loved being able to customize the plans easily and with so many options. Unfortunately we've certainly tested this company! We've had wellness claims from neutering and microchip to routine care items. And my little guy seems to have a sensitive stomach so we've had some insurance claims, too. This particular claim was for a hospital admission for extensive vomiting and diarrhea.
They sent reminders for documents they needed when I signed up to make sure he didn't miss out on any coverage options. They give you tips on how to get the most out of your coverage. Every claim I've submitted has been handled promptly. The one time I had a question before submitting a claim, it was answered quickly and completely. They're in communication every step of the way once a claim is submitted. And they've even sent follow-up emails to be sure larger reimbursement checks have been received.
I'm so glad I chose Embrace and I highly recommend them. I feel they truly do care about the pets they insure and the pet parents who love them. Thank you, Embrace!!

Very Quick and Caring
The folks at the ASPCA insurance are very prompt in getting reimbursements to you but I also very much appreciate the calls to check on how my dog Tank is doing along with it. Its nice to still have the personal touch :)

I Thought That Overall It Was A G...
I thought that overall it was a good experience. I thought it took a little while longer than expected when something was stuck on the Vet's side but when I called, I received and update and an offer to promptly follow up with the vet that was dragging their feet in sending what they needed. Great service overall!
