Wonderful experience, streamlined process and quick reimbursement.

I've had my pet insurance for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the service and product. If I had any complaints or concerns it would be that as my pets age our annual premium increases substantially. My older dog is not 13.5 and I've had to cancel his policy as it was too expensive. Also so many have multiple pets (I have 3) and it would be nice to see a multi-pet/policy discount.

Nationwide is an Extension of ourselves

After losing our 9 yr old Pointer in June, we got our Pointer puppy in August. Once getting home at 10 weeks, we had some some initial big challenges being exposed to Kennel Cough, and some other small challenges. Nationwide's team has given us great reason to be believers in their care and coverage. We appreciate all the guidance you provide, and the follow up. Thank you! We know our Puppy (and ourselves too) are in the best possible program of Insurance coverage! Thank you!

This insurance is great!

This has been great insurance to have. It is expensive but has been worth it with two puppies.

Easy to file, difficult to get

It is really easy to file a claim, but the process is very, very slow and it takes a couple of calls to get any action.

You are the best!

This insurance for my pup has been a Godsend. The process is easy and quick and you can even pick your own deductible amount too. I feel so much better having the coverage because you just never know what is going to happen. Trupanion customer service is excellent and they explain any questions you have. Don't wait - get the insurance now

This year has been a horrible year for my GSD, Joe. We have had one issue after another. And sadly it's still going on. A saving grace is the fact I got insurance on Joe when Joe was a puppy. Animal medicine has come very far in the past few decades, which is wonderful, but expensive when you need it. I do what needs doing for my animals, but having the insurance has been a huge piece of mind. My advise - get more insurance than you think you would need. I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.
