Trupanion is AMAZING! Our sweet Romeo is still with us today, because of the insurance you provide. He was diagnosed with several heart conditions almost 2 years ago, and they'vet was not particularly encouraging. With proper testing, and 3 types of medication, he is still with us today, giving us all of the love we could ever ask for. He will be 12 years old in December, and I realize these are his senior years, but thanks to Trupanion Insurance he is enjoying them to the fullest.

Since getting my sweet rescue cat, I have been trying to get a diaper for her chronic skin inflammation. It has been a long and difficult process. But I absolutely would not be able to afford all the costs without having Nationwide coverage for her.

Our 2-1/2 year old german shorthaired pointer was diagnosed with severe, necrotizing pancreatitis. Due to the severity of the condition, he subsequently developed complications that required multiple surgeries to correct. If it wasn't for Embrace Pet Insurance, we would not have been able to afford the required treatments. They were very prompt with processing claims, and their customer service team is one of the best that we have ever dealt with. It was nice not to have to worry too much about the financial aspect of treatment during this very stressful time. Very easy to file, but don't always understand the nuisances of approval/disapproval.

He understood my questions and answered them. He was friendly and courteous. We have been with Trupanion for several years, this being our second dog insured with them. We feel like we are part of the Trupanion family.

We are so glad we got this policy. You never know what will happen to your pet and this policy gives us peace of mind about covering any unexpected expenses AS WELL AS THE WELLNESS POLICY. The wellness policy is a huge benefit in helping us keep our dog healthy and happy. We have recommended this policy to many of our friends.

I submitted a claim for a hospitalization for my almost 6 month old puppy. I put in an incorrect email address for the vet (he had to see the emergency vet and not his regular vet, I put in the regular vet email). I called and spoke with a customer service representative. She was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my puppy. I even received an email the next day stating they hoped he was doing well. I have not received the EOB statement yet so I cannot speak to what they covered of the visit but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received and the care she showed for my puppy.
