Claim handling made easy
Unfortunately our pup gets into trouble regularly! Nationwide has been great with all claim handling. And customer service was really supportive and just nice. Everything solved so far... way to go!!

Still waiting
As a follow up to Jax's vet visit,
We have yet to receive any reimbursement for his vet bill. We were wrongfully denied any medical help due to what I feel was a very quick and unthorough review of his claim. I have sent in a request for review on the denial and its been almost 2 months with no update.

Very happy with the claims process.
Embrace Pet Insurance, which was recommended by my veterinarian, is an excellent company. They process claims quickly and are very fair in their coverage/reimbursement decisions.
As an added plus, as a USAA member, I received a discount on my premiums.

Great option for what we need
We’ve had Nationwide Pet insurance since February 2020. We have already covered our deductible and reimbursements have been quite easy - the only downside is that it can take 30 days to get your money back and they require very specific historial notes from your vet.

wouldn't own a pet without the coverage Nationwide provides
I have had VPI/Nationwide for the 10 years for one dog and 9 for the other. It gives us peace of mind when something serious happens that we can afford to provide the care our babies need and not be stressed out financially.

Easy Claim Process
