Easy Claims Process
I am very grateful to have had pet insurance when it was needed. The claims process was easy despite dealing with the stress of my pets injury. Received the reimbursement quickly without any issues. Nationwide's Pet Insurance is a responsible Pet Owner's best friend! The coverage, deductible and reimbursement rate is the best that I have ever seen in the Pet Insurance market. Whether it be a wellness, illness or injury claim, Nationwide makes it easy to submit for reimbursement and they are very timely.
Their Customer Service is great. They are very helpful, informative and empathetic.
My Dog is my child. She is a member of my family. It is such a comfort to know that I can provide the best care possible to her without worrying about the cost.

More efficient process than expected.
Much quicker turn-around than I thought. Especially for my first claim. I also called to ask questions before my dog's surgery. The lady on the phone was very helpful.
