Easy to work with and FAST!
Unfortunately Buzz has had an injury that has required multiple visits to the vet and specialists. Embrace has been incredible with their customer service and genuine concern for my dog's health and well being. I can't say enough about how well taken care of I feel.

I called to see why a claim was taking so long. Got the answer you are short staffed. If so, your confirmation on receiving the claim should not state "give you 7 business days". It should read "it will take us a month".

Excellent Service!!
We are thrilled with our Healthy Paws experience! They have been prompt, caring and compassionate! We chose them because they didn't have annual or lifetime caps, but they have exceeded our expectations in other ways as well - even follow-up emails after surgery to see how our dog was feeling! We really felt like they were a partner in our time of need!
