Feels like working with a friend!
I have to say that the overall experience with Embrace is like working with a friend. Everyone that I have spoke or emailed to was friendly and very helpful!
Processing claims were super easy and were paid out fast.
I totally recommend embrace to everyone who loves their pets and what only the best for them!!

Top notch
I think this pet insurance is top of the line . I couldn't ask for nicer people on the phone or faster claim service . I had a few claims that needed more detail from the vet and they took care of everything. It brings me peace of mind that my fur baby is protected. And for those of you that don't think you will need it ... believe me you will and you will be thankful you have it

Embrace is the best purchase I've ever made.
This is my first time with pet insurance, and I am going on year two with Embrace. I adopted a senior dog from a local shelter, and after covering my last dog's health bills all out of pocket, I knew I wanted to try pet insurance for my new pet. I shopped around and compared coverage and prices, and I decided on Embrace because of the flexibility of their policies and because their prices are totally reasonable, especially for a senior dog. Not long after adopting my little senior my vet found her liver levels elevated and a mass on her spleen that had to be surgically removed. Embrace customer service was so easy to work with during all of that and has continued to be helpful whenever I submit a claim or have a question. They process claims quickly and issue reimbursements immediately after that. The wellness coverage is a no-brainer, and worth every penny. I have added my cat to my policy now too, and I have complete peace of mind for both my pets. I'm confident I could afford to provide them with any medical care that they need with this pet insurance. I recommend Embrace to all my pet-owning friends.

Great insurance/customer service
I've been with Embrace for a couple of years now and would highly recommend them. The coverage you will get will save you $$ in the long run. They are very friendly and helpful as well. Don't wait until you have an issue to purchase insurance either! Get it prior to any issues.

More than have my claims were denied..My 10 year old min Schnauzer was diagnosed with anxiety in October 2016.. His medicine is 53.00 each month all denied for payment by trupanion At the time this rider option was not available when I took out my policy..My dog had surgery to remove tumors from his left inner eyelid and inner hind leg. Surgery was on April 12th claim submitted just a few days later.. Iam still waiting.. Is always in open status or being reviewed Probably waiting to get a few more monthly payments out of me first My vet has said several owners of patients in her practice have not been impressed..and had negative experiences along these lines. At the time I bought a policy they were basically the only game in town not anymore, lots of others to chose from. His anxiety medication was disproved after they made me submit documentation numerous times with the excuse they couldn't make out the paper work. Once it was straightened out it didn't take them but 2 days to deny the claims after weeks and weeks of requesting I resubmit the paperwork multiple times
