My vet has trupanion express so all I pay is my balance after insurance is applied! Super easy and convenient. When I have used vets that do not have that claims are dealt with swiftly and payment quick!

This company is nothing but swindlers and will not cover ANYTHING stated in what they say they cover. It's an absolute joke.

Pets Best insurance gives me so much peace of mind. My pup has had two accidents and both times insurance saved me from decimating my savings. The Pets Best claims process was easy and they got back to me within the amount of time they promised. They were quick and courteous in answering questions, and they covered everything. My plan includes office visits related to the accident or illness and a $250.00 deductible as well as ninety percent reimbursement. It has paid for itself both financially and with the comfort of knowing I can get my beloved pet whatever care she needs.
