I love that health care decisions don't have to be made purely from a financial perspective
We have 2 dogs insured and I am happy that we have the coverage. Thinking about this particular claim I am not as satisfied as I have been for previous claims. I am not clear why certain items were not paid and I find the information difficult to follow. I really wit=sh that there was a place to view an overall summary of benefits paid - where we are with regards to the deductible. When it shows that the annual benefit have been paid or the total allowable has been paid, it would be really nice if that information was included. I am sure if I took the time to call I would get my questions answered. It just seems that it would be easy to provide a summary of the total paid vs the deductible and for items that have an allowable dollar amount - what the amount is would be great.

So slow to pay claims
Nationwide promises claim payment within 30 days of claim submission. I am currently waiting on 2 claims over 30 days old. One is expected to take nearly 90 days! Customer service is rude and not helpful.

Peace of mind
Nationwide has not only been incredibly easy to work with but your care and compassion for my fur babies is what puts you over the top. We have such peace of mind knowing that in the event of an emergency you have our back and we will not have to debate on the cost over our dog's life. THANK YOU for loving them as much as we do.

Helps keep my dog healthy!
Nationwide provided coverage for my dog Webster’s preventive medicine. Prevention is such a great way to avoid a real illness!I appreciate having a policy that supports preventative measures to keep my dog healthy!

So helpful and friendly every step of the way!
My eight year old cat recently became ill - and at the worst possible time, on a Sunday morning right before his first visit with a new vet. Fortunately, the emergency vet was able to help, and he's back to his old self. Of course, emergencies are expensive.
The folks at ASPCA Pet Insurance were great! From walking me through submitting the claim, to answering all of my questions about how long things might take, everyone I spoke to was patient, friendly, and helpful. They asked about how Chai was feeling every time they answered the phone, and listened to all of my questions.
My decision to purchase pet insurance was completely validated by on emergency.

Simple/fast/helpful
I really like Embrace. The claim submission process is simple and quick. The company always gets back to you quickly if you have any questions and explain the decision of the claim thoroughly. If they need more information about a claim, they make a point to reach out to the vet for more information rather than just deny the claim. I also really like the fact how personal it is and how I don't just feel like I am talking to a robot. I love the option of the wellness rewards because it makes paying for necessary things a lot easier and less harsh on the wallet. I wish it was a little cheaper but I still make it work.
If only health insurance for humans was this simple!

We love Nationwide Pet Insurance!
Leilah had to have a Vulvaplasty because she had too much skin around her vulva and it was making her have constant urinary tract infections. Because we had Nationwide insurance for her, we were able to get this surgery done so she doesn't have to suffer anymore with those painful UTI's. Getting Nationwide Insurance for my dogs has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Love ASPCA Insurance!
I have 3 dogs and 1 cat insured with ASPCA and they have been wonderful with all of them!
They process claims fast and fairly and call to check up on my furbabies afterwards. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance!
