The process is very easy, simple and fast. I get what I pay for and and so happy with this pet insurance!

Our dog is only about 7 months, so we haven't had this insurance long. But so far it's been extremely easy to file claims and to get reimbursed. The company has covered elective vaccines that I thought that the company would not.

I am so glad that I got Nationwide Pet Insurance when I got a new puppy. The Health & Wellness Plan is everything. Super easy to file a claim and turnaround time is FAST!

Nationwide on line claim process is straight forward and easy to use. It was easy for me to upload documents. Most of all, I appreciated the quick response.

We've recently had some medical issues with our English Lab, Tar, and we appreciate the ease of submitting claim forms on line and the quick turn around time in reimbursement.

We always when asked advise pet Mom's and Dad's to purchase insurance for there pets. When asked to recommend one Nationwide is the one we suggest.

For the most part, I've recieved excellent customer service. There was one time I called just to inquire on my policy and the specifics of what my policy covered and did not cover, the representative was rude, short and unhelpful that after "the conversation", I called back to talk to someone else because my questions was never answered and she made me feel like she never even wanted to take the time to listen to me before saying she couldn't help me. The 2nd time I called, the representative helped me and answered all my questions and it only took less than 5 minutes for the entire phone call. I would have given you guys a full 10, if it wasn't for that one experience with the rude representative because as I've stated before, I've recieved excellent customer service other than the example previously stated.

Pets Best impressed us yrs ago when we purchased it and continues to do so today. Their policies are easy to understand so u can choose what's best for ur pet, their phone customer support team is excellent, they have choices of coverage levels letting you choose ur out of pocket co pay, low annual deductibles, can submit all paperwork via computer, will work with your vet if they have questions, and you can opt in or out on wellness each policy anniversary date. My favorite part of their coverage is they will cover specialty clinics that many insurers won't. In this day in she, research has advanced the scient of animal care so far, that coverage for ur primary vet alone won't provide all the care u want ur animal family member to have any more than if human insurers wouldn't let us see specialists. I've had Embrace for a 4 years, but only submitted claims the last 2 years. i cannot believe how fast and easy it is to submit a claim, and how quickly they approve it and send you a check. It's seriously easier than dealing with human health insurance (and I'm a doctor and know the ins and outs of insurance). They are caring and kind--they sent me a handwritten card when my cat passed away. I recommend them to EVERYONE
