I use to praise them and WAS an ambassador for them. Not anymore!!!
They have radically changed. Limit treatments for life long conditions. Change terms mid policy. The app doesn’t work most times. Incredible hold times. Slower claim processing and worst of all the coverage you acquire for your beloved pets really isn’t what you think do to just changing terms.
I have a large pet community and now steer then to explore other providers.
Don’t entrust your loving pet to Embrace. It breaks my heart to say that but the quality insurance I once had with them has radically changed.

Diarrhea issues.
I’m extremely disappointed at the unwillingness of Trupanion to cover a claim regarding my puppy’s digestive issues which seem to come and go. Trupanion has concluded unfairly that the issues are pre-existing. I strongly disagree as the occurrences are not continuously sustained. It’s difficult for me to recommend Trupanion at this time.

Knee surgery made easy
Our German Shepherd tore his CCL and needed surgery. Healthy Paws made it easy so we could focus on helping him recover. Just snap pictures of the doctor’s receipts and they do the rest. It’s nice to know they are there to cover you in times of need.

Trupanion is Great!
We love Trupanion! It is easy to file a claim. The response time is very fast, and if our claim qualifies, the check comes in the mail within the week. Very easy to use!

Everything about the policy and customer service has exceeded my expectations!
Other than getting Gus in the first place last summer, purchasing the policy for him with Health Paws Pet Insurance was the best decision I've made as a pet owner. The ease of filing claims and the speed by which they respond is exceptional. We're so pleased that we chose this company!

Easy and effective
