I've always appreciated Nationwide's help and I am happy to be a customer.
I was emailed and asked to leave a review so I'm more than happy to! I've been using Nationwide for a few years now, originally with 2 Huskies but now with just 1. The claims I make are reviewed quickly and if my claim is included in the benefits, the reimbursement is surprisingly fast. I feel comfortable and confident paying my premium each month because I know if there is a situation that comes up Jack will be in good hands. I'm very appreciative of my coverage and the people behind the curtain - thanks for everything!

Great company to work with handles claim fast and easy
All of our claims have been handled quickly. Sadie has her first sick visit a couple of weeks ago and they processed the claim as quickly and easily as her well visits. Great company to deal with if you have a question they answer it quickly.

Worth every Penny
I've had insurance on my pets for 20 years plus before VPI was bought by Nationwide. What a blessing and now submitting claims is easier than ever!

Great coverage for a new puppy
This coverage has been great with a new puppy. We've had lots of visits to the vet for vaccinations and wellness checks, though fortunately no emergencies (yet). However, I'm confident that Nationwide will be there for us if - likely when - that happens.

while I have not had to interact with Trupanion a lot the times I have have been positive experiences.
while I have not had to interact with Trupanion a lot, the times I have have been positive experiences. They are prompt and thorough in their explanations, and put a friendly spin on their answers. Their explanations are clear and easy to understand, vs containing a bunch of legal-ezes (like policies for humans do!).
