Never Disappointed with Embrace
I have submitted several claims to Embrace over the past year. Each and every time they review the claim in a timely matter, without any issues, and we always feel they are very fair with reimbursement. I can not say anything negative about this company!

Cooper check up
We submitted our claim for a wellness visit on Tuesday and on Thursday received an E-Mail from Embrace that $200.00 would be refunded to us. That's great service and we appreciate it so much! We insured our 1st dog when we first picked him up 4 years ago. We have happy with the service and that's why we keep renewing our policy. Sincerely, Ken in NJ

Quick, quality service
I wasn't sure about getting pet insurance in the first place but recently our little puppy was in the vet for a few different things. I submitted the claims and within a day I got and email saying they were being processed and about two days later received another email letting me know what our reimbursement would be. We got the checks a few days later and I got an email asking how our dog was feeling. Overall great service.

Very pleased
To date, I have been very pleased with Embrace. Just the fact that they cover my dogs prescription dog food up to $400.00 is such a help. I also am quite happy with the one time $200.00 deductible for illness or a sickness. I have had other pet insurance companies in the past and will be adding our puppy next year so he also has Embrace.

Super Quick
Healthy Paws was super quick with a response to my claim. I filed my claim by email and had a response by the next day indicating that my claim would be paid. The check arrived in the mail within two weeks. My only issue with Healthy Paws was that I did not understand that my policy did not emphasize enough that HP does not cover vet exams even when the pet is admitted for treatment. I can't say that I was willfully misled by HP. I just believe it would be helpful to their customers if they emphasized that limitation. I have the 90% coverage policy. The vet exam limitation reduced the amount I was reimbursed to about 75% of my total costs. Still, I like Healthy Paws and would recommend that pet owners give them serious consideration.

Very satisfied
This is the first time that I have had insurance on any of my pets. So far I have only had to make a wellness claim, based on that experience I find that the customer service department goes above and beyond in assisting you. I have been asked what company do I use for pet insurance and I always say you really should try Embrace. They are affordable and about the only one out there that offers wellness coverage at a very reasonable rate. I really like this company!

Great Service
My last 2 claims were reviewed and processed in 1 day and 5 4 days respectively. i can't thank you enough for handling thses claims in such a timely fashion. Your service is outstanding. I am so glad I chose Embrace.

AFTER an initial glitch,excellent support
Customer support was excellent aften an initial glitch with the rep who first spoke to me about the trial period vs new contract dates. After I sent in my claims, I very quickly received email responses. You can also follow your claim status online on their website.
