I'm close to cancelling because your annual rate increases are too high.
I'm close to cancelling because your annual rate increases are too high. They jump 7 or 8% annually, while wages do not increase that much that fast. Private sector full time wage increases average much less, only about 1 to 3 % annually. You need to give customers a break and skip increase premiums for a couple years in a row, or at least only increase by a fraction of how much your rates have been going up over past few years. Our pockets are NOT bottomless and you're already scraping the bottom. Thanks.

The Best pet insurance EVER!
This insurance for my dog, Tara, is the best thing I have ever done. Tara tore her ACL, they called me 3 days after the surgery and asked how she was! If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is! They were concerned, asked me how she was handling it. I could not believe that they called! They actually Cared about Tara. I have been recommending ASPCA pet insurance to everyone I know. It is literally the best thing I have ever done for my pet.

Bentley'S Tail Had Been Injured A...
Bentley's tail had been injured and was bleeding heavily. Tufts cleaned and bandaged the wound which was rechecked by our regular vet 5 days later. Once the claim was submitted, the check was in the mail 10 days later. I have since changed to direct deposit. I am very satisfied with Pets Best service.

Very responsive
I am so grateful that I had the presence of mind to get Embrace insurance for my 2 dogs. After a recent emergency hospital visit, customer service was friendly and made everything really easy. I had a check within a week.

fast and reliable, A++ customer service
its clear what is covered, quotes within 24 hours. post surgery they called me (a human person!) to see about biopsy results and see how my dog was doing! great customer service, could not recommend pet insurance and ASPCA enough.

Healthy Paws is truly the best Pet Insurance
I have been a customer of Healthy Paws since February of 2014. I knew that it would be a wise decision to purchase pet insurance when we adopted our French Bulldog, because they are prone to certain health issues. I did a fair amount of research and found that Healthy Paws was not necessarily the name that came up the most, but it definitely had the best and most consistent reviews. So, we decided to give them a try. Our dog, who is now 3.5 years old, suffers from bad environmental allergies, which require a monthly prescription and, until recently, a monthly shot. He's gone through allergy testing, trying different medications in different doses, creams, shampoos, sprays and medicated pads and not once has Healthy Paws denied a claim. In fact, they have covered about 40 claims for us in just 3 years, with absolutely no hassles. None. Recently, he had to undergo surgery for a torn "ACL" and a minor luxating patella fix, kaching! I called HP prior to scheduling anything and they were very helpful and confirmed that it would be covered. And it was! My current chosen plan is 70% reimbursement, so we were ecstatic to know we'd be getting a large portion of it back. Even better...I received a personal (non-canned, non-generic) email from HP about a week after the surgery to check in on how he was recovering. Not only was getting pet insurance one of the best decisions we made, but I am so thankful we went with Healthy Paws. I gave them a 5 star rating because they are quick to process claims, quick to send out reimbursement checks (I think 2 weeks was the longest I've ever waited), maintain excellent customer service, had a variety of plans to choose from and they are comparatively affordable. At this time, I truthfully have no "cons" for HP and I highly recommend them.

Since the Dr noted that my 3month old kitten had a slight heart murmur and most kittens out grow it that it wasn't a concern but now that he had a 1 year checkup and the murmur is still there they just wanted to do an echo to make sure there wasn't any he
Since the Dr noted that my 3month old kitten had a slight heart murmur and most kittens out grow it that it wasn't a concern but now that he had a 1 year checkup and the murmur is still there they just wanted to do an echo to make sure there wasn't any heart related issues but you would not approve the procedure hiding behind a previous existing condition which is b.s. since there was no diagnosis of heart problems just a notation to recheck at the next appointment I'm very disappointed and am considering cancelling the policy I have for both cars I have what's the point of paying for coverage if it of no use
