Awesome!

Healthy Paws came to the rescue when my dog's digestive issue warranted two x-rays and an ultrasound. My claims were processed efficiently and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

They PAY claims!

When our little Bella came down with Parvo, we obviously worried about the worst case scenario... death. Thank God Pets Best was there for us and even paid for all the complications that came with the disease. $2,476 dollars later, Bella was her old self again and the money was even direct deposited into our account THREE days after filing the huge claim! Thanks Pets Best!!

Pets Best is phenomenal!!

My German Shepherd had half his thyroid and bladder stones removed. This was very expensive surgery with lots of lab work. Pets Best promptly paid as promised. I stop complete strangers with dogs to tell them about Pets Best!!!

Fast Turn Around Time

This is my first year with Embrace Pet Insurance. I have purchased both the accident and wellness plan. I have 2 dogs each around 140 pounds. I submitted a wellness claim to Embrace for vaccinations, heartworm and flea preventative and within a month I was pleasantly surprised to receive two reimbursement checks. I am pleased with the turn around time, and will renew my insurance for the next year.

Pleasantly surprised!

My newly adopted Beagle Gracie ate "something" while she was being "watched" by a friend. For four nights she was sick with diarrhea, but she was still eating. On the fifth day she would not eat and seemed to be really lethargic. I brought her to our vet and he gave her some medicine and a shot. A few hours later, she still hadn't eaten and seemed really really lethargic and wasn't drinking water either. I returned to my vet and he took an x-ray and thought that perhaps she might need some type of surgery to remove whatever appeared to be in her stomach. I was advised to bring my sweet girl to an Emergency Hospital that my vet recommended because my vets office perhaps could have done further testings, surgery, but they do not have overnight staff and they did not recommend that she stay there. My little Beagle was at the Emergency Hospital for two nights. I was very upset and concerned because we were not sure if she needed surgery or not at the time of admittance. Luckily she did not need surgery and they kept her on IV and rest for those two days and nights. As you can imagine, the bill for the Emergency Hospital was very steep but what can you do when your pet is sick, you have to take care of them. This was our first experience/claim with a Pet Insurance Company and we were so happy that we had decided to participate in their program. Everyone I spoke to or emailed was very helpful and kind. EMBRACE ARE CROOKS!!!!!

Embrace tried to tell me that I did not have a valid claim on my dog going to the vet for an upset stomach. They said because my dog had notes of vomiting on prior vet records, that "vomiting" was a "pre-existing condition" and thus, could not be covered for a period of 12 months!!! First of all, vomiting is a SYMPTOM, not a CONDITION. And my dog, as per all my vet documents, was never diagnosed with a "pre-existing condition" of any kind!!!! THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY - TOTAL BS! I will tell every pet owner NEVER to get Embrace!!! I told my vet about their response to my claim for a $63 vet bill for his upset stomach, and my vet pulled all of the brochures from his office. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, DISGRACEFUL.

Fantastic Wellness Coverage

I submitted 4 claims pertaining to Wellness for my new puppy, faxed them to Embrace,and received an email that they were being processed. One day later I got an email update that all 4 claims were being reimbursed at 100% of what I paid on my vet's invoice. I can't tell you how much that helps my finances and I wish I would have purchased insurance when I had my first dog. The Wellness benefit alone is reason enough to purchase this insurance. I know I will use more than the $400 this year, as my dog still needs to be neutered, but with the reimbursment I am getting it will be applied to that - which means less out of pocket cost for me. Thanks Embrace!

Back on Track

I would state that Embrace is back on track with the excellent service that drew me to them in the first place. After some trouble processing my claims in a timely manner last year,Embrace has redeemed themselves as my recent claim was processed in less than two weeks.

Knowledgeable and Comforting

Claim processing is very quick and efficient. Staff shows interest in my pet, whenever I call with a question. They are knowledgeable and fully explain any concerns/questions I have. This makes me feel very comfortable with their service. I have a great vet and am glad to have Pets Best on my side when I see my vet. I highly recommend Pets Best as an insurer.

Outstanding!!!!!

I cannot speak more highly of the representatives at Trupanion. My cat suffered a severe gastritis from ingesting a foreign body, thus requiring surgery and several medications. His total health costs totaled nearly $3,000.00. Trupanion covered 90% of the cost - no questions asked! The files were reviewed and settled in fewer than 10 days. Thank you, Trupanion, for helping me take the best care of my cat without the stress and worry of financial hardship!
