I want to thank Xena and Darcy with their help on my cat Puck's policy. We rescued/adopted Puck from family and he had issues. Due to my ignorance to e-mails I almost lost his coverage. I do believe this company does care about the pets AND the owners of their pets. I cann't say enough how happy I am with their service and feel that Puck will have a long happy life!!! Thank you Darcy and Xena. You truely made my day!!!

Could not have my dogs without Embrace
I have had Embrace for a few years now, they have covered some major procedures and accidents with my two trouble finding Dachshunds. When I first started with Embrace they seemed a lot more concerned with the time in which you were reimbursed your claim money, and it seems to take longer than it used to, especially when the claim is of a significant amount.
Although they are still exceptionally quicker than companies I have used for past pets, which is always appreciated.
I will say, out of all the companies I deal with Embrace hands down has the best, most responsive (and tolerant of my persistant calls and emails) customer service staff- hands down. They are always pleasant, know their job well, and never leave me feeling like I have more questions than when I first contacted them. I recommend them to friends and family constantly who have pets, I just hope their quick pace stays/steadies so my recommendations are not foiled! Way to go Embrace.

Easy easy easy!!!!
I've used Trupanion now for 2 'illnesses' my dog has experienced - and both times the process was so easy. Actually I don't have to do anything. I pay my vet invoice up front and my vet files with Trupanion. Trupanion is great about keeping me updated via email on the status and in both cases there were no issues or questions. I received my reimbursements checks in no time. Although I don't wish anything to happen to my dog - I know it will and to have this protection is very reassuring.

Embrace pet insurance is awesome
I would never own a pet without pet insurance Embrace has been awesome never any problems collecting after a claim, they are so good we are so happy to have them and so are our pets.

This past week has been strenuous, and it's coincided with a number of technological struggles on the Trupanion side (i.e. claims not being received via fax or email in a timely manner, accidental email message about a policy cancellation that wasn't real, etc.), so my frustration level with the organization has been exceptionally high this past week. That said, Trupanion has consistently been an efficiently run and communicative institution for the past 4 years that I've used them, and I'd happily recommend them as the superior pet insurance choice knowing that these recent issues are the exception, not the rule.

Trupanion has always been exceptionally timely with processing claims.
Trupanion has always been exceptionally timely with processing claims. However -- acknowledging that the highlighted turnaround time is 7-10 business days -- the first time we're experiencing the longer claim processing, despite our pets having multiple prior claims, is the time we're in the midst of an especially mysterious and expensive medical exploration; it is frustratingly unfortunate. Plus, the Vet has sent the claims multiple times and Trupanion did not receive a handful of them.
