So far Trupanion representatives have been fantastic at answering any questions or concerns I've had.
So far Trupanion representatives have been fantastic at answering any questions or concerns I've had. The cost is equal to or less than competitors, but with way more value in the form of what's covered, especially additional things such as dental work coverage. They're accepting of owners providing their own documented core vaccines. I would 100% use Trupanion again for any future animals.

Good pet insurance for my new puppy!
I would have rated it higher if you offered preventive health care! I thought I had a special activate from the vet, but could not figure out how to do that.

Overall a great experience with its flaws
Overall, Embrace has been amazing. It's on the higher end of premium costs compared to others, so with that, I expect higher service and they have definitely delivered on that. We have had a policy with them since 2019 and have only had 1 or 2 "issues" and it's really just been with the claims person who was handling our claim. I won't get into detail because I truly think it was her lack of effort, not the company as a whole.
Embrace makes it VERY easy to submit claims and they process them quickly. Like in less than 24 hours. This is new and improved but it matches the service I expect for my monthly premium cost. Their online portal is easy to use and overall we are happy with them! We get a discount for being USAA customers, so I would see if your current insurance plan has a deal with them as well!
