Unexpected coverage
My Koa recently had five extractions. We weren't expecting it to be covered by his insurance so needless to say that it was a pleasant surprise to find out that indeed it was covered. Thank you!!!

Happy I have my insurance
I am happy to have had my insurance. Although we’ve only recently made claims the process was pleasant and they were very nice to deal with.

Great policy
Yes I have a female pug also, they had 2 liters and I did refer all my new pug owners, some of them did buy the policy. My boss is also going to be buying a policy for his dog.

Worth it
I am very thankful for having pet insurance ! It really help with the cost of my dogs vet bills . The only improvement I would like to see is better communication. Claims should only take 30 days to process and mine took longer than that . I think just a friendly email saying that sorry for the delay but we are still processing your claim we will keep you updated every two weeks or so ?
Once I did contact nation wide to check on what was going on with my claims I got a very fast response and then within days my claims were processed ! That was very nice

Claims processing takes too long
Although I am happy with the end results going through the claim process for the first time was disappointing. It took over two months and required me to submit entire medical records. It’s a good thing my dog is a puppy otherwise the records would have been very long. And being that she is a puppy how much pre-existence likelihood was there for her issue? Right now I’m on the fence about recommending your plan to others.
