Healthy paws review

I was hestitent about getting pet insurance when I got my puppy because everyone said it wasn't worth it but I went with my gut and got healthy paws. Unfortunately my puppy got into some Advil and had to spend a few nights at the hospital. This was a very stressful and scary time for me and I didn't even think about the cost because I just wanted him to be okay. After he was released I submitted the claim to healthy paws and they worked through it without any issues! I can't even express how seamless this process was and how much easier it made this whole ordeal. I have recommend healthy paws to every pet owner I know! It is the best investment you can make for any new pet joining your family!

One of the best decisions!

I went for it and purchased Embrace pet insurance when our dog was just 3 months old. It seemed extravagant at the time, but I have no regrets for this piece of mind. She has swallowed a dime which was extracted in the vet ER, and we've discuvered she has a rare liver condition. The Ct scans, ultrasounds, and all diagnostic appointments have been paid for at 80%. Embrace staff talked us through the claims process, they have efficient and clear accessible communication, and we got paid shortly after our vets submitted claims. It's been flawless. I've recommended this insurance to all of my friends and family. They approved a very expensive procedure that is our only option to keep our puppy alive. By the end of this ordeal we will have maxed out our coverage for the year. Fingers crossed they will continue to be true to their excellent coverage.

Claim Partially Covered

It took a while but I really appreciate the partial coverage on a medical claim for my cat.

The invoice was processed incorrectly the first time. If the person was "new/inexperienced" it should have been reviewed prior to final processing. I appreciated the person I spoke with resolving it immediately.

The woman that helped me was amazing.

The woman that helped me was amazing. As a previous Supervisor please give her a raise. Other representatives lately when I tried to refer a friend referred to our pets as property and made a connection to our pets and auto/insurance policies. My family owns a well known insurance company. I am disgusted. That is the only reason I would rate not referring trupanion. This kind woman did not do that. I would refer my friends to her. No one else.
