Our chocolate lab came down with a bad UTI. At the time I was dealing with a major family crisis. Having Embrace for my girl took a lot of stress away and she was able to get the treatment right away. Without Embrace my girl would not have been able to see the doctor as soon as she did. Anyone who is thinking about getting a 4 legged child should get a policy with Embrace.

My puppy recently underwent surgery to repair a dislocated knee. Although it has been a long and slow recovery, I am so pleased with the service of Healthy Paws. I found it very easy to submit my claim. I made one phone call to follow up and spoke with Dylan, who was extremely helpful. My claim was quickly settled, without hassles. I even received a kind email to check on the progress of my pup's recovery. It is such a comfort to know that Healthy Paws will be there in the future should we need them again. I've always bought insurance for my dogs. However, this is the first policy I've purchased from PetsBest which was based on the good reviews I read online. I covered my Cocker Spaniel, Cooper, from the day I bought him back in March of 2017. He had a bad experience with diarrhea and vomiting which required several vet visits, medications, tests etc. The problem was resolved and I submitted my claim to PetsBest. The claim was handled in 5 days from when they received it and the money was in my checking account two days later. I consider this to be the way all insurance companies should operate. They exceeded my expectations and I am totally satisfied. This is a good place to do business. Glad I did my homework and gave PetsBest a chance.

I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws. We had it a little over two years when my dog suddenly had a very unexpected surgery come up (found out on a Thursday surgery was needed and it was scheduled for that following Monday). From the claims process to reimbursement Healthy Paws staff was caring and understanding. It took only a couple of weeks from start to finish.

We have had ASPCA pet insurance for a number of years. This past year Edward has developed a hyperactive thyroid and mild renal failure. He has been on some expensive antibiotics as well as Felimazole for his thyroid. If it were not for his ASPCA insurance, our wallets would be a lot emptier. We also appreciate the timeliness with which the ASPCA insurance process claims.

I have three dogs. Their breed (Cavalier King Charles Spaniels) are prone to heart problems. I selected Embrace because I felt that this company would give the best coverage I could get for this condition. I have been very pleased with the coverage and with the customer interface and frequent communications from them. My most recent claim was for an emergency vet visit for one of my dogs that has MVD. There was some question about the claim; the question was answered: the claim was paid.

We are so very happy with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. Our precious French Bull Dog suddenly developed a back problem that required an MRI and surgery for a left sided hemilaminectomy. He had developed a disc herniation causing spinal cord compression - also known as intervertebral disc disease. He received the best medical care at Cummings Veterinary Medical Center at Tufts University. When I received the bills for his treatments, I simply used the Healthy Paws app on my phone, took a photo of the bills, and uploaded them. Within 10 days, Healthy Paws reviewed the bills and provided us the reimbursement appropriate to our plan. These bills exceeded $5,000. We also received emails from Healthy Paws asking how Oakley was doing throughout his recovery. I encourage anyone that is looking for Pet Insurance to go through Healthy Paws. They are awesome!

My Rottweiler puppy has some issues that required Veterinary care. I was reimbursed the money in a short amount of time and have had absolutely no problems with this pet insurance company they have been very helpful and I would highly recommend them to other other people who are inquiring about pet insurance.
