Not only has each Embrace staff member been courteous and sincere whenever I've had to reach out to one, but the company has been timely responsive. My cat developed asthma and is permanently on regulating medication. Each time I've submitted my correlating claims, within days it was reviewed, approved and I have received my coverage check.

Year 1 with puppy and Nationwide
We bought the Nationwide whole pet plan that covers both accidental type costs and wellness. The biggest reason I bought this plan is I know I'm already out $300/annually just on heartworm and flea/tick medication. It just made sense to get that extra coverage that includes vet appointments and vaccinations. We had one ER appointment this summer when my pup was dehydrated and that alone covered my deductible. It is great being able to go to the pet ER and say "do whatever" because I know I'm covered... I'm not making decisions only on the basis of cost. In terms of administrative time - the returns (that I submit via email) are always turned around within 2 weeks and I haven't yet had a denial on something that I believed was covered.

Received reimbursement in a very timely fashion and was able to submit claim easily
I chose this insurance for wellness and illness coverage. I trust what the ASPCA stands for. My dog was adopted from a shelter. I was able to snap a picture of the invoice with my phone and submit it. I got the check quickly

Peace of Mind with "no-hassle" pet insurance
I adopted a dog three and a half years ago and signed up with Healthy Paws soon after the adoption. My dog has had several major medical issues including Heartworm, emergency surgery to remove a foreign object in his intestine, and pneumonia. He has also had several run of the mill type things like rheumatoid arthritis and mild anemia. We've been to the vet a lot and I have been very happy with Healthy Paws as my Pet Insurance provider. Their process for submitting a claim is very easy, it just takes a minute. In addition, the processing and reimbursement goes quickly. I chose ACH electronic reimbursement and the credit appears in my account usually less than a week after I submit the claim. They also have been very good with coverage. I actually had a disagreement with something relating to coverage early on and I was able to escalate the issue easily and got the proper attention and ultimately got a resolution that I was happy with. I did a lot of research before picking a Pet Insurance provider and I am happy to say that my choice has been confirmed over and over again during the past three and a half years. I adopted an older dog and was surprised that some providers don't even offer insurance to dogs that age. I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone I know. It gives me peace of mind to not have to make decisions about my pet's health based on what I can afford. Going through an emergency surgery for intestinal obstruction is an expensive ordeal ($8,000) that can happen to any dog and it was a huge relief to know we had a reliable pet insurance provider.

Polite
Everyone has always been so incredibly nice, polite, and helpful anytime I have called customer service. The fact that they call my dog by name throughout the whole conversation and even as simple as saying they hope me and Dondi (my dog) have a great day, makes them stand out in the customer service world!

Very thankful that I had major medical coverage. Covered roughly 75% of the cost. Made decisions at the vet much easier knowing that I was going to be reimbursed. Turn around for payment needs to be quicker. Thank you

Outstanding
So very nice to make a phone call to inquire about coverage and receive friendly, accurate information about the coverage and claim process. Claim was paid and the check received seven days after surgery! I don't think it gets any better than this!

Helpful for first time pet owners!
My husband and I are first time pet owners and it was strongly recommended by our vet to get pet insurance while our dog was still young. We do not regret making that decision! This year our dog has had several issues which were covered by Embrace. Hopefully as our dog gets older he will be more careful with what he eats and where he walks, but in the event he is not, we can count on Embrace to help us out.
