It can't get any easier
Our healthy Ridgeback faced unexpected cancer surgery and our vet's staff forwarded the proposed costs to Trupanion for approval. Before we left the office the approval came back. They (Trupanion) also emailed us the breakdown of all costs and payments. We had additional costs that followed and they were handled with the same expedience.

Very happy with this insurance company
This insurance company was there for me and my dog. They were very courteous on the phone, explained everything to me, and quickly resolved the claim and got me my reimbursement.

If you have a pet, you need Embrace!m
I have two dogs and both are covered by Embrace. With previous pups I’ve had other company’s coverage and after a year or two nothing is covered. Not the case with Embrace, they are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Billing cycle
Getting expensive, sometimes feel like you withdraw money from checking account on irregular schedule rather than every 4 weeks. Sometimes it is done a little earlier and throws my banking off. Wish my bill could happen on last business day of each month cause that's when I get my monthly check!

Very fair about reviewing and paying claims.
Embrace is one of the few plans that will let purchase insurance for a older pet. They process claims quickly and fairly. The are very courteous if you need to call.
