Because I don't feel like you did do diligence with my claims or the pre-authorization for his surgery. I think it was done in about 10 minutes.,,It wasn't just a collapsing trachea but she took no time to research that part of it. I wrote to the CEO but he probably doesn't care like the rest of your company is apparently. I think this is a discrimination against my dog because he's 16 years old.

Simple fast and easy

Trupanion saved us a lot of worry and alleviated our financial concerns during a difficult time. Some background: Geordie, our little Cairn, fractured his leg, playing at doggie day care last month, when he was just eight month old. Needing an operation, he was in the hospital for two days, fitted with a "cone of shame" and given instructions for restricted exercise and no contact with other dogs for a while. It's been a tough five weeks but now we're on the other side of things and Geordie has made a full recovery. From the first contact with Trupanion, we were treated with kindness, concern, and a real willingness to help. When we had questions, they were always answered clearly . Our claims were covered very promptly and we couldn't be happier. We are constantly telling our friends about this wonderful company and we HIGHLY recommend them. Now if Trupanion only covered humans, I'd switch in a minute! BRAVO
