Best Insurance company
We have had healthy paws for a few years now with both of our dogs. This is the only insurance company I've ever worked with that has personally reached out after any surgeries to check on our dog's health. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a personalized email asking how our dog Ralph was after a minor procedure to remove a lump. Their app is extremely easy to use and I've never run into any problems. The claim process is also easy to follow and I have never had any issues. Reimbursement was received within 1-2 business days. Would highly recommend this insurance company.

The only improvement they could make would be to pay your premiums for you!
I cannot recommend Healthy Paws highly enough. My 3 year-old dog suddenly developed a rare systemic skin disease that landed her in the ER, made her suffer terribly---pain, fever, etc.---and took longer than ordinary to diagnose. Healthy Paws defrayed approximately 3/4 of my ER and specialist expenses, and I was reimbursed withing a week. Later, they were kind enough to ask how how my pet was doing. Very well, thank-you!
Impressed is not the word.

Very pleased.
Everything was so easy and stress free to file a claim. The reimbursement came within a couple of days of the claim being accepted. Communication was very timely.
