Amazing Experience
We have been beyond thrilled with our experience! Healthy Paws has helped to make what would have been difficult decisions regarding the care of our dog a total no-brainer! Understanding

very satisfied with the current policy and response time
I had 5 dogs in total. Lost 2 that had currently had insurance and rescued 3 more. All of my dogs are covered. The reimbursement structure is fair and reasonable and the TAT for when they complete a claim is quick. If I had questions regarding my policy or claim activity I always received a quick response. I have researched other companies and I am very happy with ASPCA.

Very greatful
Unfortunately my cat has been very sick over her 1 and a 1/2 years of life. I adopted her from a shelter that provided 1 month complimentary insurance. I am very grateful to have Trupanion pet insurance. Sadly, Adele was just diagnosed with Lymphoma.
