Consistent and works well with others
Consistent and timely with responses and check reimbursements. Decent at explanations (not better than decent because of all the insurance jargon, but doesn't necessarily overly complicate things).

Better than my best hopes!!!
Nationwide deserves much praise. Claim forms are simple, process easy, payment fast. They insure my pet exactly as per the policy details.
My veterinarian keeps Jessie’s claim forms in her file, quickly completes w each visit. I attach the itemized receipt, and send to nationwide where I am informed by email throughout the claims process. It really IS THAT SIMPLE!!!
I never want to be in the situation where Jessie’s treatment is compromised by my ability to pay. She is my beloved companion.
It is rare to find a business that keeps its promises to the client. Nationwide Pet Insurance is that rare business. I took the policy as it was recommended in The Whole Dog Journal. After my brief experience with this policy, I am actively recommending this company to ALL my dog lovingfriends!!!

Yoy have gotten better in relating to customers and in sending reimbursements
Several months ago I referred two friends to you and they said you were very curt with them I called you and the person I spoke with could have cared less about how potential customers were addressed. I had questions about my own dog and did not receive satisfactory information. I called recently and the person was a lot more considerate and would answer my questions. Also, reimbursements are coming a lot sooner. I hope you have changed your policies about dealing with referrals. During that period of time, I recommended another company that my cousin deals with and my two friends were very satisfied with them. I hope this does not happen again ,

Best pet insurance Bar None
We have now insured 3 dogs through Nationwide and we could not be more pleased. They cover everything down to vaccines to emergencies. The claim process time is impressive. Claim submission is a breeze. Having these policies ensured that when my last two boys became ill, that I could just focus on their care and not have to worry about the financial aspect. These policies are a must have for responsible pet parents!

Scammers
Our puppy broke her knee in half while in the 14 day window of illness and post 7 day window of injury. They denied all her claims posting the accident as illness. Another insurance company ripping people off. And it took over a month to get an answer to my claim!
