I have had insurance for Ozzy since he was a puppy. Thanks to Nationwide I have been able to curtail costs for him and they continue to help with issues that arise. The claims process is very easy and a quick turnaround on claims payments which are fair.

It all began with receiving great service with “Daniel” back in 2015. He was thorough and patient, I sensed that he genuinely cared. Called one day for Daniel but he hadn’t picked up, I decided not to leave a voicemail as I had done many times before. Instead, I called back and was connected with Karla who til this day IS compassionate and patient. Speaking with Karla, makes me feel as though we are lifetime friends. She easily helped me change my TWO policies to better suit my pets needs, without judgement but rather thoroughly explaining every detail until I understood. That, speaks volumes!! She never once made me feel stupid nor rushed. My dog was hospitalized overnight and my bill was about $1500. My vet filed the claim With Embrace and within 10 days I git a check in the mail for about $900. No questions or hassles! Thank you Embrace!!

Nationwide (formerly VPI) has continued to provide great coverage, service, and timely reimbursements for the last 15 years (9 yrs for my previous Rottie, and 6 yrs for my current one). I have looked around but am totally satisfied after comparisons with other companies. Yes, I would and do recommend Nationwide pet insurance to friends, new and old, about the necessity of having pet insurance. Please continue to provide your great benefit in pet health care and protection.

I have the whole pet with wellness package for my Boston terrier puppy. My puppy has allergies and he has been receiving allergy shots. The first allergy shot he got was reimbursed but the following one and the one after that is still pending reimbursement. I submitted my claim in July, it is October right now. The only reason why I am giving this insurance a 5 star is because My pups neuter was covered and the claim came through quicker than I thought it would.

I have had no issues with this insurance. It was recommended by Thor's vet to get pet insurance ASAP. At first I was a little hesitant, but I am so thankful that we did get it! Puppy immunizations were covered, when he ate something he wasn't supposed to, it was covered, when he had allergic skin reactions it was covered. I will be staying with Nation Wide for a long time. The claims are also handled within the month period and the report of the claim is easy to understand.

Trupanion has provided consistently prompt acknowledgement of claims and payments. Makes it so much easier to get the care my dog needs without having to worry about the budget. Louie is everything to me, and I want to do the best by him. Trupanion insurance allows me to do that.
