trupanion was great. the vet submitted the claim form for us within 2 weeks we had 90% of the money we paid returned to us. Detailed claim form copies were sent via email within 1 week and was approved and we received the check within another 7 days. I had a question about a claim and the gal I spoke to on the phone was courtesy and helpful.

Excellent customer service, speedy processing
Trupanion is an excellent insurer. After years of having VPI for my previous toy poodle, I have found that Trupanion has far better customer service and processes claims in an efficient manner.

Thank you so much
Our golden retriever has metastatic cancer, but the chemotherapy is helping him live a fairly normal life until his time is up. Because of Pet's Best, we can keep him pain free and able to breath. He wasn't sick enough for us to just put him down, but with reimbursement for 80% of the treatment, we have peace of mind. We did not wait too long for the reimbursement and they were very fair.

Healthy Paws is the best!!
My dog was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and has to have his leg removed and chemotherapy. Healthy Paws has been there every set of the way approving our claims in a very timely manner. Their customer service is stellar they are there every time I need help. They have paid his claims with no hassle at all. I love healthy paws!
