I am blown away! Unbelievable claims processing. I researched for a year before deciding on the breeder to purchase another rottweiler. He is an amazing dog from an amazing line of champions. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Which entails rehab and visits to his vet. You have never waivered in paying his claims. I am forever grateful. Thank you.

Fast response Very easy to use!
I sent in the bill from my vet and was pleasantly surprised to get a check for most of the bill. I am very, very happy with Pets Best!

Wonderful Insurance
Have had Nationwide Pet Insurance since its inception. Easy to work with just have to send in entire vet report and all test results then it is easy and payment is very timely! As my pitbull approaches her 15th year I am grateful for their service.

Claim handled quickly!
Thank you for the quick processing of our dog's claim. It was super easy to submit the paperwork via email and I received updates throughout. The entire claim process only took a matter of a few days. We are happy to report that Dexter has recovered but we are grateful for that we had pet insurance!

Amazing!
Trupanion has been there for us with our fur baby! As if the medical condition isn't stressful enough, Trupanion alleviates the financial burden. Customer service is personal and quickly responsive. We have never had issues with our claims and if we did, simply resolved over a phone call. I would recommend Trupanion to anyone that wants that extra comfort pillow with thier pets.

Fantastic
I researched pet insurance for a year before I picked up my rottie from the breeder at 8 weeks. He was insured from day 1. He is 2 and a 1/2 and diagnosed with hip dysphasia. Devastated with the sad news. His vet recommended underwater treadmill therapy. The strengthening has been amazing. And the best part is I filed a claim for 6 months of treatment and it was processed in 48 and paid at 80%. No questions asked, no hassles. Thank you Petsbest🐶🐶
