Healthy Paws was prompt with the processing of my claim for my Yorkie's TPLO surgery. They also sent the refund check quickly and I had no problems with the claim at all.

Lemonade was exceptional to deal with in my recent claims for two emergency vet visits for my dog. the claim was super easy to process and i received payments within a couple of hours. highly recommend Lemonade. great experience!

Our gorgeous dog Lyca started w symtoms like a UTI . Blood work revealed cancer. Just to get a diagnosis was costly and Met Life was there to ease the financial burden. There was still heartache and we chose to do palliative care for our girl and she lived 5 months! Never long enough but during that time her policy anniversary date came and was renewed! Out policy continued to pay for her palliative treatment . When end of life came it had a benefit for her cremation. Met life was consistent and caring through the whole ordeal. Thankyou so much. They canceled her policy after her end of life claim and refunded the balance of the premium. I could not have asked more from an insurance provider.

Mabel was rushed to an emergency vet and almost died. She received excellent care but you can imagine how expensive it was-$2800. Fortunately, having Healthy Paws insurance let us make decisions about her care without having to worry about cost. The claims were easy to send and reimbursements were received very fast. Healthy Paws is great! We have used them for both of our dogs since they were puppies. They have saved us SO much money for smaller medical issues over the years. Recently, our dog had to have ACL surgery which cost $6000- Healthy Paws covered almost all of it. They also refunded us via direct deposit in 2 days. I am very pregnant, so this was very helpful to get the surgery paid off quickly. Their website is quick and easy to use. They even checked on my dog after the surgery. Would highly suggest!

We are very new to Metlife and have never had insurance before, but thank god we had Metlife. Our puppy was hospitalized for not being able to walk and numerous claims were filed. Metlife paid them at the contracted amount. She has to have surgery in January and it will be very expensive. I will now rest easier knowing Metlife is my insurance If I didn't understand something the Customer service should get a higher then a 5 rating. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you!!

While the insurance plan offered by Pets Best is robust and inclusive, their claim review and payment process is quite arduous and frustrating. The review of any claim is abnormally long they give the impression that they are looking for reasons to deny responsibility and payment. You are often met with multiple requests for additional records even in the most straightforward and simple submittal. While the eventual result is generally correct, it is incredibly frustrating to deal with them and spend time to ensure your claim is processed accurately.

This was my first time having to file a claim and unfortunately I had to take my little guy twice in one week to the vet. Talk about a big bill. Healthy Paws made the process super easy from beginning to end. Afterwords they even reached out to see how my feline friend was doing. Great customer service!

I have 2 pets on this insurance. 2 claims were reveiwed, both claims accepted. It is stressful having pets with medical problems , dealing with the stress with the comfort of the pets, they are family, don't want to see them in distress.
