The best
Trupanion is the best! They don't pay for 100% of everything, but they pay 90% of most. And they do it FAST. I am so grateful. Worth every penny I've paid!

Truly Lifesaving
Trupanion pet insurance is expensive for an older dog like mine. But it’s been a worthwhile investment in my furry companion’s health. When he started losing his balance a year ago, his emergency visits were covered. When it got worse instead of better, his MRI was covered. And when his brain tumor was discovered, radiation treatment and follow up MRIs were covered. Having Trupanion has literally saved and extended my dog’s life while completely restoring the quality of his life. Bills are paid promptly and easily, and their customer service is caring, kind and helpful. I highly recommend Trupanion.

Amazing Support
Both Trupanion and VCA hospital in Aurora, IL helped us through one of the most difficult times for our family when our puppy unexpectedly became sick. The ease of communicating with Trupanion was amazing and the seamlessness between insurance and the hospital was so helpful. I've never felt so supported before and cannot thank everyone enough for their help in healing our Zoey and taking amazing care of her. We wouldn't have been able to help her without Trupanion or the VCA hospital.

So Glad I had This!!!
My dog was 6 when I decided to get insurance. He has been healthy so far but heard some stories of issues others had from their dogs at the dog park so figured rather be safe than sorry. I only was paid in 3 months when Paulie torn his ACL on leash going after a squirrel, something he has done since he was 10 weeks old.The total cost from my vet was $4200.00.It took a few weeks to get approved, being the 1st claim and all. Had to get a full year of history to make sure it wasn't pre-exsiting condition ( I totally understood). When the claim was approved it was Zelled to my account within 5 mins!!!! i got reimbursed $3100.00. I was so happy. I have been sharing this story with everyone. No one should have to decide on putting their dog down because of money. This helps you decide faster. Thank you Metlife.

Thankful for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance
I can't say enough about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I bought the policy when I rescued my dog at 11 months and he is now 10 1/2. I have submitted many claims throughout the years without questions asked other than occasional veterinary notes for review to substantiate my claims that have been very high. It provides me the comfort to know I can take the best care of my boy, Petey. He has torn 2 ACL's in the last couple years which has cost me ~12,000 dollars and most recently he has been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and was referred to a specialist for evaluation that cost ~3,500 and now be undergoing Hyperbaric oxygen treatment that is about ~1,500. Healthy Paws has stood by their policy every step of the way. Over the years I have definitely received more money back in reimbursement than I have paid in premiums. I wish medical insurance was this good for humans!

Best Pet Insurance
Before I was able to bring my puppy home, the breeder would not release him until I showed proof of pet insurance. So I had no choice but to purchase pet insurance. I was going to cancel because everyone was telling me to. Thank god I didn’t! My puppy got very sick and was admitted to the hospital! Healthy Paws acted on my claims immediately! I was reimbursed within a few days! They are hands down the best! I tell people to give up a manicure or for the guys, order a few less beers and get pet insurance!

So glad I had this!!
I started this insurance in February, in April my dog tore his ACL and needed surgery. He was on a regular walk, on leash and went after a squirrel. The surgery total was $4100. it took a few weeks back and forth with my vet over paperwork which was a little aggravating, but once approved I got back $3100.00!! They even asked how I wanted the refund I chose Zelle and it was in my account in 5 minutes. I am now sharing this with my friends and family spreading the word how dog insurance is sooooo worth it!!! Thank you, MetLife.

Great Price and Great Service
Spot was really good at making sure my Vizla stayed up to date on all of his preventative care. They reach out with really helpful reminders about submitting claims. Never had an insurance company encourage me to make claims as much as Spot.
