Denied for TARTAR ???
The most trusted insurance company does NOT cover the most common issue (tooth extraction). Trupanion claimed a "pre-existing condition" because the vet noted tarter build-up on a previous visit.
Most (if not ALL) dogs have this very early in age. I find this an excuse not to pay the $2000 bill.
I will give Trupanion ONE more chance to pay our next claim or I will most likely cancel my policy.

Best Pet Insurance
I e mailed my claims in the morning and by afternoon I received an e mail saying my claims was received and they will take it from there. It wasn't long I received if my claims was accepted or not. Excellent customer service. I am totally satisfied with Trupanion.

Speedy claims
Trupanion does an amazing job with claims and helping out families during some pretty emotional times of crisis. We just had a rough couple of days with some hard decisions to make regarding our dog's health, and I was amazed at how quickly claims were approved, which meant we didn't need to sit and wait to make decisions. The pup is now recovering, and we couldn't be more pleased by the help Trupanion gave us.
