I have used Met Life Pet Insurance for 2 years. I have been extremely satisfied with the company. This past claim was processed within a week. All claims for my 3 dogs have been accepted and reimbursed. I highly recommend this company.

Long processing time
It took over 5 weeks to process my claim. It was a simple claim (injury with imaging diagnostics - x-rays and diagnostic u; ultrasound), and I submitted all the medical records when I filed it (no additional documentation was required). I used to have Embrace, and my claims were processed within 7 days, and I received my check within 2 weeks of filing the claim.

Easy Claim procedure Fast payment
Watson ate a palm nut/seed that lodged in his duodenum. Emergency surgery with overnight monitoring and he's
100%. Drs. Wilson and Walsh were wonderful, and Pet's Best paid $3500 of the $4500, with no deductions to any of the charges. We paid the deductible and the copay only. All around great outcome for a life threatening and very stressful event.

Totally Satisfied!
Our 5yo pup ate an entire rotisserie chicken, bones & all. She was in visible distress so close to 3k later was feeling better. Pets Best was super easy to deal with. Communication regarding claim progress was excellent. Overall, we are very happy that we are with Pets Best.

No communication about anything
My beautiful Dog Zoey had an operation for a tumor on her jaw I sent all paperwork on the app site of MetLife no reply’s about my claim which started on 3/05/24 I sent all paperwork for the second time plus Soap Documents from Vet office I have emailed them 4 times to please reply and let me know the status Nothing whatsoever
