100% Recommend Lemonade
I have used several pet insurances, but will recommend Lemonade to anyone looking. They have excellent customer service, their claim process is quick and easy, their repayment speed is probably my favorite. I had one situation where my dog spent a few days in the hospital, upwards of $2000, I picked up her notes when I left, sent the claim that day, and had my portion (90%) in my bank account within 48 hours. They paid for what they claimed they pay for, and I have never had a single issue with them. I tell everyone with pets to use Lemonade.

Easy
Routine visits are easy to fill out a claim for. Claims have taken anywhere from 3-30 days to process.
Major peace of mind when I had to make an emergency vet visit when Mr. Mitten came down with something. Only needed to worry about him and not the bill.
Decent price per month for 2 cats.
The website works better than the app. The app needs an update, as it barely functions.

Great investment
We have two puppies and decided it was time to try pet insurance since they are very small and very young. One time deductible is nice and claims were easy. Agent who explained the different policies was very knowledgeable and informative.
