Worst customer service I've e4ver received from Nationwide
on 8/6/19 called and spoke to a customer service agent named "Michelle" who couldn't have been more rude and uncompassionate. My Furry child, "Princess" is 5 and she rescued me after I lost my 14 y/o long hair GSD who I insured w/Nationwide when she was 18 months old. Princess was in a quick kill shelter in Tx when she was rescued by Give A Dog a Home German Shepherd Rescue in Sebec, Maine. Imagine the feeling Princess must have had
in Tx, given how intuitive the breed is, then to ME which is a different climate etc.- So she had some diarrhea, that wouLd be almost expected wouldn't it? No- Not for Nationwide because after Princess had an encounter with a porcupine WHICH REQUIRED HER TO BE SEDATED WHICH IN ITSELF MAY CAUSE DIARRHEA, which I took her to the emergency room for you said she had gastroenteritis as well as a dermatitis- SHE HAS NEITHER OF THESE!!!!! on 8/9, I took Princess to her regular vet and have sent the doctor notes as well ( FYI- No indication of any of the issues you've said are pre-existing) a review request form and asked that I receive a conformation that the documents were received- OF COURSE I'VE RECEIVED NOTHING. If all the exceptions on the policy are not removed I won't be renewing my policy and I'll go to Embrace, a company who even rewards veterans for their service in the form a of a lower cost for pet insurance w/ equivalent or better coverage if you're a USAA member- which I am and have been for over 4 decades now. Nationwide has lost its way

First rate service from caring people
I am always able to get a prompt courteous answer to my questions and the claims processing time has improved dramatically this year. My dog has been quite ill this year and Nationwide has been very helpful with quick turnaround on my claims and issuance of reimbursement checks.

Excellent!
ASPCA has been my pet insurance for the last 3 years. The customer service is outstanding. They always call a few weeks after I submit a claim to see how my dog is doing. Claims are a quick turn a round with direct deposit and never any billing issues. I love ASPCA and will never go anywhere else. A+ in my book!

Always recommend Nationwide to all pet owners when I am at vet with my dog
Just love knowing my pets are insured by the best. Nationwide pet Insurance. Do not own a pet without it.

Easy process
My pup had a visit to the vet because she wasn't feeling well and I submitted the claim to go towards my deductible. It's such an easy process even someone who is not tech savvy could do it. They respond to let you know it was received and they also keep you informed of it is taking longer then expected to process. Which I have found it still to be within the timeframe they give.

I am very satisfied with the product and renewed my policies for both dogs. It is reasonable and the claims and customer services is excellent

Quick response and a ast.
Hercules is in his second round of meds. He has glaucoma and a red eye which after a year we now know it was caused by toxoplasmosis. On his last visit his eye pressure had declined but eye still looked different. In a few weeks he goes back to see how the numbers are. (They still are too high). He may have to stay on eye drops but hopefully toxo is gone.

Excellent customer service! Best thing I ever did was to get this company!
I have been very impressed with this company, I lost two of my beautiful fur babies, at quite an expensive cost, not that it really mattered as they r my little family, but I felt for the future I would be better prepared. Thank you folks for everything!
