Great product but still frustrated
I first tried to sign up and it wouldnât load correctly. I tried again and was given a $30ish rate. I was showing my husband later and realized the wrong breed was listed. There was a glitch when signing up and I get that, but I was also sent the link from my vet, which bypassed a lot of the initial questions. It was fixed pretty easily but it was frustrating

You have been wonderful! I canât imagine owning a bulldog without coverage from Trupanion. I joke with people that my baby, Valor, has better insurance than all of us

Pretty Good, but not perfect!
Unhappy with the new rules pertaining to the $500 deductible per incident. For some reason our last few claims have been delayed extensively. Prior to July 2022, the claims
use to be processed and paid within 72 hours. Prior to these two issues, I would have given Trupanion a "10"
